01All BLACKSAND services are custom-scoped after discovery. Starting prices are provided to set expectations and do not represent final project pricing. Final pricing depends on scope, timeline, deliverables, platform complexity, content volume, integrations, and level of support.
02Monthly retainers are designed for ongoing marketing support within the agreed scope. Work outside the agreed monthly scope may be quoted separately.
03Project builds are scoped around specific deliverables and timelines. Additional pages, features, revisions, integrations, technical fixes, or strategy requests may affect final pricing.
04Client-provided materials, approvals, access, and feedback may impact project timelines.
05External costs not included: ad spend, third-party software, hosting, stock assets, printing, contractors, and other external costs are not included unless specifically stated in the proposal.
06Ongoing hosting, maintenance, updates, monitoring, reporting, or post-launch support may require a monthly fee if desired.
07Final scope, pricing, payment terms, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a custom proposal before work begins.
